Eric has been in the web-hosting industry for twenty years and has a rich background in Linux and Windows-based hosting solutions. Eric came to cPanel as a technical analyst, spent three years working as Director of Development Operations, and is now serving as the Vice President of Customer Experience.  When he’s not working with cPanel Eric works with the i2Collition, EFF, and the Boy Scouts of America to further causes like Net Neutrality and citizenship.
