Over the last 20 years, Subbu has managed P&Ls with $50M to $700M in revenue in the cybersecurity & cloud market segments, through defining, delivering, managing & exiting over 100 product & service offerings and working on over 50 acquisitions to date. Subbu holds a Masters degree from MIT and a Bachelors with Honors from the Indian Institute of Technology.

She sits on the PIR Advisory Council , NZ Registrars Forum, and .ie Policy Advisory Committee, the DNS.be Registrar Forum, and .se Registrar Board; as well as sitting on the Council at ICANN representing the Registrars. Neha Naik is the Vice President of Channel Partnerships at Radix, the world’s largest nTLD portfolio Registry for new domain extensions. She brings with her over 17 years of experience in the domain name industry, having worked with Registrars, Registries, and Web Hosts across the globe.
Neha’s association with Radix goes all the way back to the initial days of writing applications for the TLDs. In her current role, she spearheads Radix’s growth initiatives and is a key player in building the strong foundation of Radix’s partner network and business relationships. Her role also cuts across sales, product management, policy, and in-depth knowledge of ICANN processes.
Prior to Radix, she led the Account Management team at LogicBoxes, a domain Registrar automation platform and consulting business, which was later acquired by Endurance International Group. Managing and leading several training initiatives, Neha also served as a coach and mentor to the team.

As vice president of public policy and government relations at Verisign, Keith Drazek is responsible for actively and broadly participating in the development and advocacy of Verisign’s policy interests in multiple arenas involving internet identifiers directly affecting product and services offered by Verisign. Keith brings over 30 years of experience and leadership in the technical functions of the internet and the Domain Name System (DNS), internet policy development, government relations, external affairs and channel management.
Keith joined Verisign in June 2010, and during his tenure he has focused on internet policy development and implementation, as well as government and stakeholder relations. Prior to that, Keith spent 10 years at the United States Department of State, where he developed understanding of the workings of government, diplomacy, leadership and collaboration. Before that, for over a decade, Keith held several management positions in the domain name industry, including a registrar and a registry, where he became actively engaged in the top-level domain and global internet governance space, advocating for the evolution of the governmental multi-stakeholder model.
Keith has been an active member in the Internet Corporation of Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) multi-stakeholder community for more than 20 years, most recently serving as chair of the Expedited Policy Development Process (EPDP) Phase 2A Working Group. Prior to that, he served as chair of the Generic Names Supporting Organization (GNSO) Council, as chair of the Registries Stakeholder Group (RySG) and was elected to the Country Code Names Supporting Organization (ccNSO) Council. Keith was also a member of the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) Transition Coordination Group (ICG) and a key contributor to the IANA Transition’s ICANN Accountability and Transparency Cross-Community Working Group (CCWG). He has given many educative presentations to groups within the DNS ecosystem on the role of internet infrastructure providers and the key players within that space.

Frank is President of Cheval Capital and a Managing Director of Cheval M&A. He has been an investment banker for thirty years helping a wide variety of companies with mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, and other financial services.
Frank has a particular expertise with cloud, hosting and related Internet services businesses having spent the last twenty years providing advice and helping many companies in these sectors complete transactions. Clients in these sectors have included companies such as Deluxe/Hostopia, Rackspace, and Endurance among many others of all sizes. A regular speaker at industry conferences, Frank was an early member of the i2Coalition and has been active on the Policy Working Group and lobbying fly-ins.
Prior to forming Cheval Capital in 1996, Frank was President of The Columbia Group, the broker-dealer affiliate of the Columbia Capital Corporation, and was a Vice-President and later President of Reinheimer & Company from 1988 to 1994. At these firms, Frank was an investment banker raising capital through private placements and IPO’s and providing financial advice to various telecommunications companies.

Christian Dawson is the Co-Founder of the Internet Infrastructure Coalition (i2Coalition) where he works to make the Internet a better, safer place for the businesses that make up the Cloud. Dawson spent 16 years as an executive at web hosting provider ServInt. While there, he co-founded the Save Hosting initiative, designed to galvanize web hosting providers in their opposition of PIPA & SOPA. He went on to help found the i2Coalition to ensure that those who build the infrastructure of the Internet have a voice in all matters of public policy that affect them. He is a staunch advocate for Internet freedom as a tool for social and economic growth by fostering the growth and expansion of the Internet economy. Dawson served as the Chairman of the i2Coalition Board from 2012 to 2016. As of January 2016, Dawson has joined the i2Coalition in a full-time position as its first Executive Director.

Alvaro Alvarez is EVP, General Counsel & Secretary at Identity Digital Inc., where he advises on its most critical strategic initiatives across business, legal, and policy fronts. Alvaro has almost twenty-five years of experience working with Internet-focused and infrastructure organizations, including nearly nine years at Identity Digital, where he has helped to build its core businesses and expand its reach via acquisition, internal development, and investments in other technology companies.
Prior to Identity Digital, Alvaro served as a senior International Business associate at Perkins Coie LLP, where he represented early-stage, private, and public companies. Alvaro received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School. Alvaro has also studied law at the University of Paris II (Panthéon-Assas) and the University of Havana, Cuba, and pursued coursework at the University of London (King’s College) and the London School of Economics. Alvaro is admitted to the State bars of Washington and California (inactive).

Craig Churchward has seen many aspects of the accounting world from both sides: from the outside looking in from his time with KPMG (a big four accounting firm), as an external auditor, and from the inside looking out from his extensive accounting experience, and finance leadership roles, working for medium-to-large organizations across Canada. While Craig’s expertise lies in asset management and taking the financial lead on large capital projects (most recently, the Destination Project, a $300 million dollar building in Southern Alberta, Canada), he is also highly skilled in all aspects of the accounting cycle. Craig has an instinctive ability to look deep into financial processes and accounting policy to find operationally critical efficiencies.

Ann Morton is the Senior Policy Director of the i2Coalition, bringing more than 25 years of Internet and telecommunications policy and government relations experience representing the Fortune 500, high-growth start-ups, and non-profits before Congress, the Executive Branch, and the Federal Communications Commission. She leads the formulation and execution of i2Coalition’s policy initiatives, including intermediary liability, digital copyright, cybersecurity, privacy, Internet governance, artificial intelligence, and broadband deployment. Prior to joining the i2Coalition, Ann was a Senior Vice President in two Washington public affairs firms specializing in information and communications technology policy.
Ann served as Legislative Counsel to former Representative Rick Boucher (9th-VA), a co-founder of the Congressional Internet Caucus, and advanced his leadership and legislative priorities before both the House Judiciary Committee and the House Energy and Commerce Committee, including enactment of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and the Satellite Home Viewer Improvement Act. Earlier in her career Ann practiced telecommunications regulatory law with two leading Washington, D.C. law firms. Ann is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York, and earned her law degree from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

David Snead is the General Counsel for cPanel. He is responsible for cPanel’s global legal operations and is a member of the company’s management team. In this role, he has principal responsibility for customer-facing agreements, regulatory compliance, vendor and partner negotiations, intellectual property, brand communication, mergers and acquisitions, legislative and international business issues. David has provided advice and counsel to technology companies since 1995 beginning with a practice based on technology exports. Since 1999, his practice has focused exclusively on the Internet infrastructure industry. Since his practice began, he has worked in large firms, as in-house counsel, and as a solo practitioner. In 2011 he co-founded the Internet Infrastructure Coalition (I2Coalition), an advocacy organization for the Internet infrastructure industry. One of the earliest opponents of the Stop Online Piracy Act, the i2Coalition has developed into a voice for a previously unrepresented industry. He manages the group’s global public policy portfolio. David received his J.D. in 1991 from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A. in 1987 in International Affairs from Trinity University in San Antonio. He is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia and State of New Mexico.
