Join the newly-forming Secure Hosting Alliance (SHA) as we kick off with a dynamic showcase of anti-abuse technology and best practices designed specifically for web hosters. This free webinar will spotlight success stories in combating abuse within the web hosting industry, providing valuable insights and actionable takeaways.

These real-world case studies will focus on:

Secure Hosting Alliance Goals

We’re calling on ethical, secure, and robust providers from around the world to help us set industry standards to serve as a mark of quality that separates established and respected providers from the fly-by-night pretenders. Through their participation, responsible actors in the web hosting industry have an opportunity to strengthen this sector and prevent crippling legislation. Here is what we aim to achieve:

• Develop and promote a cooperative framework for fraud prevention, abuse response, law enforcement coordination, domain industry collaboration, and support to enhance trust and safety in the web hosting industry.
•  Surface common industry standards for web hosting and cloud service providers around privacy, security, transparency, and ethical advertising practices.
• Develop a unified language and taxonomy for the web hosting portion of the cloud industry, setting clear definitions and fostering better communication.
• Establish principles for combating monopolistic behavior and promoting open standards.
• Contribute to legislative and regulatory discussions, advocating for data protection and cybersecurity measures tailored to web hosting and cloud providers.
• Engage in community-building activities, including virtual and in-person meetups at industry conferences, to facilitate collaboration and networking opportunities.
