Equinix Joins Internet Infrastructure Coalition
Wellman becomes newest i2Coalition board member
Washington, DC – Today Internet Infrastructure Coalition (i2Coalition) Co-Founder and Board Chair Christian Dawson announced Equinix as the coalition’s newest member, and that Mary Anne Wellman, Senior Director for Compliance, Ethics, & Governmental Affairs, will be joining i2Coalition’s board.

Mary Anne Wellman joined Equinix in February 2006. Before joining Equinix, Ms. Wellman served as a legal and accounting consultant to various public and start-up companies in Silicon Valley. She also held several management positions at Exodus Communications, Inc., including Vice President of Finance, Director of Business Operations, and Senior Corporate Counsel. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Wellman held various positions in the field of public accounting, specializing in tax matters. Ms. Wellman holds an M.B.A (Finance and Marketing) from Santa Clara University, a J.D. from Santa Clara University, a. B.S. in Accounting from San Jose State University and is a member of the State Bar of California.
