Hacking Accountability in Internet Governance: Further Reading
Last night the i2Coalition hosted a DC Legal Hackers MeetUp in conjunction with the Washington DC chapter of the Internet Society: “Hacking Accountability in Internet Governance“.
The event reflected on the accountability discussions that have been occurring with respect to the IANA transition and to discuss internet accountability in general. The salon-style session used the IANA accountability debate to brainstorm 10,000-foot solutions with an outstanding list of participants:
- David Snead, Policy Chair and Chairman of the Board, i2Coalition
Below is a list of links related to the topics we discussed last night to give attendees and those interested in current state of Internet governance, the IANA transition, and the complex issue of accountability in an organization like ICANN.
