Our friends at Engine recently sent a letter to the Trump administration to urging that any NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) renegotiation preserves and promotes the U.S. framework for creation and innovation. The letter addresses concerns with copyright and intermediary liability safe harbors in trade agreements. The Trump administration is currently attempting to renegotiate the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) with Canada and Mexico. The letter was signed by 58 small businesses or startups.
