Registration Now Open: i2Coalition 2025 Congressional Fly-In
On October 8-9, 2025, the Internet Infrastructure Coalition (i2Coalition) will again welcome industry colleagues to Washington, D.C., for our annual Congressional Fly-In. This is a prime opportunity for those who build the Internet to directly engage with legislators about Internet policy issues that significantly impact members’ businesses.
October 8th will be Capitol Hill Day, where i2Coalition members will meet with their elected representatives in their offices. Small groups of i2Coalition members will fan out to discuss—constituents to Congressional members—policies of the highest priority to Internet infrastructure providers.Â
October 9th will be Internet Leadership Day, as i2Coalition will host members at CTA Innovation House for a day of meetings with government officials, capped off with an evening social event.Â
We can already reveal this year’s Protector of the Internet’s Infrastructure Award winner: Michael Masnick, founder and editor of TechDirt—the most linked-to media source during the battle over the SOPA copyright bill. Masnick is also the one who coined the phrase “The Streisand Effect”, describing how attempts to stifle speech online can end up bringing even more attention to the issue at hand.

An important update to this year’s i2Coalition registration process:
Each year, the i2Coalition Fly-In brings our members together for a unique opportunity: direct engagement with policymakers on Capitol Hill to advocate for the future of the Internet infrastructure industry. Your participation is what makes this event so impactful.
To ensure a sustainable, high-quality experience, we are introducing a $250 early bird registration fee per attendee for this year’s Fly-In. This approach allows us to collectively fund the event, as every dollar goes toward strengthening our industry’s voice in Washington.
What This Means for You:
- Predictable and Sustainable Funding: Your registration directly supports event logistics, materials, and engagement opportunities.
Keeps the Fly-In Member-Focused: Your advocacy remains front and center, and your attendance directly powers the event.
Encourages Committed Participation: A small fee ensures committed attendance, making our meetings with policymakers even more impactful.
REGISTER NOW for the 2025 Congressional Fly-In.
Early bird registration is $250 until May 1st, 2025, after which the price increases to $300. Secure your spot by August 1st, 2025Â to confirm participation.
