Announcing New Small Business Membership Pricing
It is crucial that the voice of the small Internet infrastructure provider is heard in discussions of policy that will affect the Internet and the technology used to build it. We are very excited to provide a gateway for those providers into these discussions. Starting today new tiers of membership designed specifically for small businesses in the Internet infrastructure industry will be available.
The new membership tiers are designed to be a low barrier to entry point for small proprietorships, under $500,000 of revenue annually, who wish to become involved in internet and technology policy. Memberships begin at $400 USD annually and offer all of the standard benefits of membership. This includes our working groups, members-only events, member to member benefits program, international promotional opportunities, the i2Coalition Member Network, in-depth and exclusive legislative updates, and more.
“Since the beginning, our group is been about building a collective voice for the whole industry. We have tried our very best to be inclusive of small businesses. However, we have found that when you’re just starting up it is tough to commit many resources it all to an association. We are hoping that our new rates for small businesses and sole proprietors Will allow more of these important businesses take advantage of the great benefits of i2Coalition membership” said i2Coalition Co-Founder and Executive Director Christian Dawson.
“We are constantly meeting with the industry to make sure that i2Coalition membership addresses their needs. I’m pleased that we were able to put together a program that will allow us to serve even more of the industry, in particular, the small innovators who really make it great” added i2Coalition Membership Director Hilary van der Meulen.
