Ben has been with Rackspace Technology since 2015, and currently serves as Senior Corporate Counsel, Lead Solutions Council and Head of Government Affairs, a role which has him advising on business, legal, and policy fronts, managing Rackspace Technology’s government affairs practice, and leading a team of attorneys actively engaged in the development and maintenance of Rackspace’s customer facing legal documentation, including the drafting and maintenance of terms and ongoing legal compliance for over 140 separate products and services sold across 5 continents.
Ben received his BS, with honors, from the University of Texas at Austin and his Juris Doctorate degree from Pepperdine University’s Caruso School of Law. Ben is admitted to the State bars of Texas and California.
