Jay has been involved in the web hosting and data center industries since 1997. He is the co-founder and CTO of Handy Networks, LLC. Jay has wide-ranging, extensive experience in all facets of the industry and is one of the few individuals worldwide to have achieved cPanel’s Master level certification. In addition, Jay has long been involved in internet governance at many levels, attending ARIN, IGF and ICANN meetings.

Mary Anne Wellman is the Sr Director of Compliance, Ethics & Governmental Affairs for Equinix. She also serves as Equinix’s Compliance Officer. Before joining Equinix in 2006, Mary Anne was a legal and accounting consultant to various public and start-up companies in Silicon Valley. From 1998 to 2003 Mary Anne held several management positions at Exodus Communications, Inc., including Vice President of Finance, Director of Business Operations, and Senior Corporate Counsel. Prior to her legal career, Mary Anne held several positions in the field of public accounting, specializing in tax matters.
Mary Anne holds an M.B.A (Finance and Marketing) from Santa Clara University, a J.D. from Santa Clara University, a. B.S. in Accounting from San Jose State University and is a member of the State Bar of California.

Wendy Seltzer is Policy Counsel to the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), where she leads the Technology & Society Domain’s focus on privacy, security, web payments, and social web standards. As a visiting Fellow with Yale Law School’s Information Society Project, she researches openness in intellectual property, innovation, privacy, and free expression online. As a Fellow with Harvard’s Berkman Center for Internet & Society, Wendy founded and leads the Chilling Effects Clearinghouse, helping Internet users to understand their rights in response to cease-and-desist threats. She serves on the Board of Directors of The Tor Project, promoting privacy and anonymity research, education, and technology; and the World Wide Web Foundation, devoted to achieving the world in which all people can use the Web to communicate, collaborate and innovate freely. She seeks to improve technology policy in support of user-driven innovation and communication. Wendy speaks and writes on copyright, trademark, patent, open source, privacy, and the public interest online. She has an A.B. from Harvard College and J.D. from Harvard Law School.
